Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 01:03PM Fall Fundraiser Distribution on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4th from 1:15PM to 3PM!
Items you purchased during the fall fundraiser will be available for pickup after school on Tuesday, October 4th in the school bus horseshoe area in front of the school. PLEASE NOTE, this day is an EARLY RELEASE DAY so students will be out at 1:40PM. Those with items to pick up can walk to the pick up areas or pull up their vehicles. We will have runners going to vehicles and bringing your purchased fundraising items with your student(s) name on it to your car. Walkers will stand in line for the same process. All fundraising items MUST be picked up that day! (Note that KidZone students boxes will be taken to KidZone by 3PM.) A volunteer signup sheet will be posted today for help with the distribution. Ten volunteer are needed from 10am to 2:15pm for organizing fundraising items by class and being runners during distribution or email fundraising@wtapta.org to sign up!
