Spring Mardi Gras K-5 Family Dance
February 24, 2012
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, WTA Cafeteria
Fun family event for K-5 students and their families. Come wearing a Mardi Gras mask or make one at the dance. Admission is $8.00 per family includes pizza, craft activities and mask/costume prizes. RSVP using this form.

Costco Shopping Night - February 4, 2012
A private shopping night at the Tempe Costco for WTA community and other schools. WTA recieved copy paper and other supplies donated by Costco as well as shoppers. Ward Traditional Academy was well represented at the Tempe Costco fundraiser on February 4th. Principal Tomason provided the "warrior helmet" that is normally on display in the school office for a rare opportunity for students (or daring parents) to get their photo taken wearing the helmet! We had almost 30 "warriors" get to take a super souvenir home with them while supporting WTA. For every $50 spent Ward received a ream of paper. And as a bonus, parents were given "wish lists" of optional items they could buy and donate to the school. As you can see, we had quite the support shown by our fantastic parents and extended family. Special thanks to the Tempe Costco and all those who made the evening's event possible.
Winter Art Festival - December 9, 2011
Winter Art festival was a great event for kids and adults alike. There were artist demonstrations, choir singing, refreshments and fabulous drawing prizes. Thank you to all that participated for making this event special. To see pictures click here.
Fresh & Easy Shopping Night - November 2, 2011
Thank you to all the volunteers and helpers who worked hard on this fundraising event. We earned $182 worth of $1 receipt donations and additional $347.45 which is 5% of the F&E total sales during our event. To see pictures please click here.
Popsicle BINGO - September 22, 2011
Popsicle BINGO event was a great night, we had a great turnout and a lot of happy winners. Everybody had a lot of fun. Thank you to all the volunteers and participants who made this event a success. To see pictures of the event, click here.
